Safeguarding is central to everything we do at Henry Blue. As specialists working solely in education, we understand the responsibility involved in placing people in schools, colleges and other learning environments. We take care to ensure the appropriate vetting and screening checks are completed before a candidate starts work.
Our dedicated safeguarding team coordinates checks, including new DBS checks, and keeps clients informed throughout the process. We’ll update you on the progress and completion of a candidate’s checks, so you know where things stand at every stage.
